fell in love with this guy and ended up taking him off a friend's hands. friend's family is growing so some of the four legged members gotta go...

his current name is gizmo (thinking of changing it to puzzle) & he's a 2 1/2 year old chihuahua. super tiny and lovable. a little on the protective side, trying to break him out of that. at least the barking and nipping at escher when he's in my lap and escher is at my feet. caught him asleep on escher yesterday when i came out of the shower so i think they will get along just fine in time.

weekend extension

decided that i needed monday off to make for a nice three day weekend. that damn time change always jacks me up! i was exhausted mon morning when i got up for work and just couldn't swing it. i slept until 12:30 and it was fantastic.

all around good weekend. went with keeks to get her new tattoos. turned out nicely. juno beached it on sunday, bathtubbed it on monday. got some good color. florida isn't all bad.

should i stay or should i go now...

i moved back to stuart on the pretense of getting married and doing the family thing. didn't happen. i bought a house on that pretense as well. i love the house don't get me wrong BUT i am so bored of stuart after being back here for a year and a half and i have had the bug to move back to nyc for a little while now. i am giving myself until the end of the year and seeing how i feel then.

rent out my house, get a place in brooklyn or the city and get my old job back. ride the train, go to sample sales, and eat foreign foods. fucking awesome.

besides, esch would make a rad city dog.
